Meditation provides the space to pause, to connect with the breathe, to centre the mind, to become aligned, to prevent mental fatigue and to be present in each and every moment.  It can help to settle the mind, to become aware of all of the senses and to manage thoughts when they may become too busy!

My classes include guided visualisation meditations and kundalini mantra meditations.
